Key Responsibilities:

• Migration Management: Plan and execute migrations from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online using ShareGate and PowerShell scripts.
• System Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade SharePoint systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• User Management: Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within SharePoint Online.
• Content Management: Develop and manage content databases and site collections, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Automation: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and streamline processes.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint policies, procedures, and user guides.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, network administrators, and other IT staff to deploy custom SharePoint solutions and resolve issues.
• Training: Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SharePoint features.
• Security: Ensure the security and stability of the SharePoint environment, addressing any performance, availability, or capacity issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and integrations.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery operations for SharePoint environments.
• Knowledge of SharePoint development and customization.
