Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team at Akadex, a leading educational technology company. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain hands-on experience in business development in the Edutech industry. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel as required
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends
