About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Ad Sales Executive to join our Ad Sales & Partnerships team. The role will focus on selling ad space to companies and media agencies, with the goal of achieving quarterly revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ad sales operations, a strong track record of successful advertising campaigns, and the ability to manage post-sales operations effectively.

This is a great opportunity to work with ad agencies, target brands, and oversee the full sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ad sales campaigns across multiple platforms (display, video, mobile).
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and optimize ad campaigns.
  • Use Google Ad Manager to manage and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with ad networks, publishers, and agencies to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Coordinate with product teams for the technical integration and launch of new ad features.
  • Manage billing and collection for serviced campaigns and orders.
  • Prospect and onboard new partners, managing the full sales process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners, providing regular updates on performance and onsite activities.
  • Achieve set business targets, manage payments, and ensure overall campaign success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of new partner integrations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in Google Ad Manager and ad campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of ad tag testing, troubleshooting, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and performance metric analysis skills.
  • Client relationship management and ad inventory negotiation.
  • Knowledge of privacy and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and focus on user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ad Sales Operations (space selling), preferably in an internet company or ad network.
  • Strong ad sales background with experience in space selling, not just digital/online ads.
  • Proven ability to manage ad sales operations and campaigns from start to finish.
