Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Recruiter role located in Sonipat at Wishfin.com. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting onboarding activities. They will also be involved in maintaining recruitment metrics, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
Interviewing and Onboarding skills
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in the fin-tech industry is a plus
