Content Management Associate

• Manually upload product images, descriptions, and metadata to internal and external eCommerce platforms.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of product listings, including pricing and product attributes.

• Collaborate with designers to gather relevant product assets (e.g., CAD renders, lifestyle images, technical details).
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure product details align with manufacturing specifications.

• Review and proofread all product content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, is free from errors, and is optimized for SEO.
• Troubleshoot any formatting or display issues on platforms.

• Develop and refine internal processes for uploading and managing content.
• Suggest improvements to streamline content management workflows and increase efficiency.

• Track and report on content performance metrics (clicks, conversions, etc.) where applicable.
• Provide regular updates to management on content status and any potential issues.

• Ensure all product data is correctly synced and updated across multiple channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content management, eCommerce operations, or related roles.

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and image optimization.

• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Meticulous in ensuring content accuracy and consistency.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with designers, the operations team, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach.

• Ability to identify content or platform issues quickly and propose solutions.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing processes.

• Experience with jewelry or fashion products.
• Familiarity with basic image editing (Photoshop or Canva).
• Previous exposure to B2B or manufacturing environments.
