• Review and draft legal documents such as contracts, MOUs, and agreements to safeguard the company’s interests.- Litigation Management:
• Represent the company in consumer court disputes related to property sales, delivery timelines, and customer grievances.
• Handle all matters related to RERA cases, including registration issues, project delays, and compliance.
• Liaise with external law firms, if required, to manage litigation cases efficiently.- Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and other real estate-related laws.
• Keep the company updated on any legal changes affecting the real estate sector and provide guidance on regulatory risk management.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure full legal compliance across the organization.- Dispute Resolution:
• Mediate and negotiate with clients to resolve disputes out of court when possible, aiming for amicable settlements.
• Lead internal investigations and audits related to legal matters and prepare reports for the senior management team.- Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and project teams to ensure alignment on legal requirements and company policies.
