Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant for one of our esteemed clients in Gurugram. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills to support the daily operations of high-end lifestyle management services.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or luxury service industry
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
o Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.o Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actionable items.
o Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Communication and Liaison:
o Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal departments or
external parties.o Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
o Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses andfollow-ups.
- Travel Coordination:
flights, accommodations, and transportation.
o Prepare detailed travel briefs, including meeting materials, agendas, and relevantdocumentation.
- Project Management:
o Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of special projects as assigned by
the executive.o Monitor deadlines, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Research and Reporting:
o Conduct research on various topics as required, providing summaries and
recommendations to the executive.o Compile data and create reports, charts, and presentations for decision-making.
- Personal Assistance (if required):
o Handle personal matters such as scheduling family appointments, managing
personal finances, or coordinating household staff.o Ensure all personal errands and tasks are efficiently handled.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-levelsupport role.
Skills: o Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.o Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
o High level of discretion and professionalism.
o Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) or VVIP clients.
Familiarity with luxury hospitality or corporate environments.
