Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven MBBS Education Counsellor to guide students aspiring to pursue MBBS in India and abroad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for student counselling, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling:
- Guide students and parents about MBBS admission processes in abroad.
- Provide in-depth information about universities, courses, eligibility criteria, fees.
- Assist students in selecting the right country and university based on their academic background and financial constraints.
Lead Management & Conversion:
- Follow up on leads from digital marketing, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions by building rapport and trust.
- Maintain a database of interested students and track their progress.
- Admission Process Assistance.
Post-Admission Support:
- Ensure smooth transition and onboarding of students at their chosen university.
- Provide guidance on pre-departure preparations, accommodation, and student life abroad
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or Healthcare-related preferred).
- Experience: 04 years in student counselling, sales, or education consultancy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
- Sales & Convincing Ability: Strong persuasion skills to convert leads into admissions.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and online admission portals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle student queries effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends and travel occasionally for seminars.
