Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at SOBHA Ltd. located in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties on a daily basis.
Qualifications- Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Freshers are also welcome
