Job Description & Summary

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for leveraging SAP systems to
- Team Management: Lead a team of SAP professionals, including SAP developers,
consultants, and analysts. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team
delivers high-quality solutions and services.- Project Management: Oversee SAP implementation projects, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Coordinate with cross-
functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.- System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the stability, security, and performance of
SAP systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Address any issues or incidents promptly to minimize downtime and disruption to
business operations.- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing SAP
systems and processes. Lead initiatives to implement best practices, streamline
workflows, and drive innovation within the SAP landscape.- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external SAP vendors, including
negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure SAP systems comply with relevant regulatory
requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Establish and enforce governance
processes to maintain data integrity, security, and privacy.- Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials to enhance the
SAP skills and capabilities of team members and end-users. Provide ongoing support and
guidance to promote proficiency and adoption of SAP solutions.- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including
senior management, business leaders, and IT counterparts. Provide updates on SAP
initiatives, project status, and performance metrics to ensure alignment and transparency.
