You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.
Operational procurement is defined as the procurement of the goods or services that are needed to sustain the daily operation of a business.What are we looking for? •Good knowledge in requisition to order process and Supplier management.
Candidate must be aware of contracts execution (Master service Agreement, Quotation, negotiation & eSourcing), Flow downs execution is an added advantage
Assisting team in releasing SOW to suppliers & manage related queries.
Manage requester & suppliers’ queries, Follow-up on SOW approvals and share status to leads / stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate statement of work received in queue on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
- Your expected interactions are with internal & external stakeholder, your team and direct supervisor
- You would be responsible to manage your queue solely by coordinating with different stakeholders and action on various SAP tools as required.
- Able to relate to the clauses from Master service agreement & guide requesters whether the service purchased by business is complying or not.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any supply chain issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
- Maintain accurate SOW records using excel spreadsheets & on the tool.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sourcing and procurement.
- Working knowledge on SAP tools is referable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze process gaps & propose effective solutions.
