Senior Accounts Executive

we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accounts Executive with a strong focus on taxation, compliance, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, tax filings, compliance management, and financial strategy,

Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and compliance.
• Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for tax assessments and audits.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance standards.

Audit & Financial Controls:

• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial standards.
• Prepare and review financial documents for audit readiness.
• Work closely with auditors to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Implement internal financial controls and risk mitigation strategies.

Financial Planning & Reporting:

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for business growth.
• Monitor cash flow, financial statements, and expense management.
• Provide insights on cost optimization and financial efficiency.

Accounting & Reconciliations:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure financial integrity.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Work with external and internal teams for audit and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Qualification (M.com or CA Inter) 4-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, compliance,
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations.
• Expertise in audit processes, internal financial controls, and risk management.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally,
• Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with strong attention to detail
