THE WORK: Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting journey to be an SME in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, collaborate and manage the team to perform, engage with multiple teams, and contribute on key decisions. Responsible for team decisions, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.Let's shape the future together!
- Act as SME and Solution Architect of SAP SuccessFactors cross HR modules
- Combine deep technology, function, and industry skills to advise clients on their enterprise technology architecture.
- Define the vision, design and blueprint for the future state.
- Evaluate and select technology solutions that support the overall enterprise architecture and align with business objectives, while optimizing performance and scalability.
- Leverage deep technology expertise and enterprise architecture strategies to advise, shape, and execute large-scale technology transformations.
- Lead the deployment and initial stages execution of the initial stages of technology architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
- Advise on technology assets during the sales and solutioning process.
