Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to engage with inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings with our expert Admissions Advisors. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, persuasive, and goal-driven, with the ability to build relationships and guide prospective students and parents toward booking a consultation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Outreach:
- Contact inbound leads (students & parents) via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their study goals, budget, and interest in top universities.
- Effectively communicate CollegePasss value proposition to drive engagement.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule consultations with Admissions Advisors for qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but havent booked a session.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure all meetings are scheduled promptly.
Sales & Conversion Support:
- Handle objections and answer basic questions about our services.
- Persuade hesitant leads to take the next step in their college admissions journey.
- Identify leads that are ready to convert and hand them over to the senior sales team.
CRM & Reporting:
- Update lead interactions, status, and meeting schedules in the CRM.
- Track key performance metrics (calls made, meetings scheduled, conversion rates).
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and common inquiries.
- 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead qualification (preferably in education, EdTech, or consulting).
Excellent spoken and written English; ability to communicate with parents and students professionally.
Strong persuasion & objection-handling skills to ensure leads book consultations.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is a plus.
