Job Overview

Realty Avenue is seeking a dedicated and strategic Sales Manager for our Pune location. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of experience in sales within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in sales and customer relationship management to drive growth and success in our client engagements.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships efficiently.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Ability to conduct market trend analysis to gain competitive market insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Lead generation techniques (Mandatory skill) to identify and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
  • Strategic sales planning (Mandatory skill) to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with business goals.
