Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in TSM (Telecommunications Service Management), Performance Analytics, and Virtual Agent to join our growing team. This is a remote position that requires a proactive, self-driven individual with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and a strong background in developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Performance Analytics, and Virtual Agent.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and define requirements and then translate those into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Build and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and components to enhance and optimize platform performance.
- Develop reports and dashboards leveraging Performance Analytics to provide insights and metrics for business stakeholders.
- Create and configure Virtual Agent chatbots to improve automation and user interaction with the ServiceNow platform.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code for integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform data migration, configuration, and application upgrades as needed.
- Document technical solutions, workflows, and configurations to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and ensure compliance with organizational development guidelines and best practices.
- Work closely with team members in agile project environments, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, specifically in TSM (Telecommunications Service Management), Performance Analytics, and Virtual Agent.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and others.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics, including dashboard creation, report building, and metric development.
- Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, building and deploying intelligent chatbots.
- Ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
