Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) in calendar management, document handling, travel coordination, and office administration. The ideal candidate should excel at multitasking, maintaining confidentiality, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Appointment Management:

  • Schedule and manage the MD's meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Document & Reimbursement Management:

  • Maintain and organize documents with confidentiality.
  • Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements.

Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including bookings and itineraries.
  • Manage travel-related expenses and reports.

Office Administration:

  • Ensure smooth office operations and handle correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing meetings or events as needed.

Qualification and Experience:

  • 36 years in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
