Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
• Configure services running on various platforms.
• Implement technology at the operating system-level.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across server and network areas.
• Troubleshoot particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
• Assist in L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
• Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux Operations.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
