Business Development Manager Commercial Real Estate

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hydrabad, Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Noida and Delhi

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the Commercial Real Estate sector. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial real estate markets, strong sales acumen, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & Pursue Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and capitalize on new commercial real estate business opportunities, including leasing, sales, and property management.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners to drive new business and repeat sales.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand emerging trends, competitors, and client needs, positioning the company as a leader in the market.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets, expand the company's market share, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with client ,builders,internal teams such as marketing, leasing agents, property managers, and legal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and deals.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay updated on market trends, expand the companys visibility, and build valuable industry connections.

Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular business development reports, presentations, and proposals to senior leadership, providing insights into market performance, client feedback, and potential growth areas.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in business development, sales, or client relationship management in commercial real estate or related industries.

Strong understanding of business development ,corporate sales, commercial property markets, including trends, pricing, and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Results-driven with a track record of achieving business growth targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
