Job Role: Branch Relationship Manager- Responsible for all Assets Products for that location (HL, PL, Cards, LAS, Car Loan, Vishwas Loans, Gold Loan)
- Acquire Asset customers for the Bank thru the vicinity of the branch and build the Asset Portfolio for the Bank.
- Handle Customer Service Requirements for Assets. Guiding the customer on the documentation required, process and timely update the customer with the cases time to time.
- Direct the customer to the retail journeys of the Bank.
- Speed and Efficiency of Service Given.
- Ensure the budgets for various Products are achieved by the Relationship Manager.
- Going beyond the Professional need of the Customer by providing other Products. Enhancement of Customer Value.
- Customer Acquisition through Referrals.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of the digital retail journeys and CRM Next is essential.
- Equal blend of Service and Sales orientation. In absence of Equality, prefer Sales Orientation as a Skew.
- Thorough understanding of Asset Products.
- Customer Retention.
- Cost Efficiency through Process.
