Business Development Executive – Voice

Job Description

Gender: Female candidates are preferred. The male can be considered if he has the good

voice to generate leads. _

The candidate's duties and Responsibilities in our firm would be:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote

1. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
6. Update and manage customer information in the company's CRM system.
7. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Should be able to generate lead from the data provided by the organisation. Candidates

responsibility will be to generate lead, technical part manager will speak. Candidate should

be able to open conversation and give.

Sourcing and Screening Guidelines:

1. Good written & oral communication skills. Should be able to write a basic email
2. Immediate joiners would be given priority
3. Candidate must stay nearby (His/Her traveling time to the office shouldn't be more

1. If the candidate requires leave for exams we can give leave for 10 days including

exam days.

Work Policy:

1. 6 days working with (2nd/4th Saturday and All Sundays off)
2. Timings 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM (Might have to stretch during the deadlines)
