Job Summary:

Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Design and implement new features, workflows, and automation within the Odoo ecosystem.
• Perform integrations between Odoo and third-party applications using APIs and connectors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
• Optimize existing code and improve application performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb.
• Experience with Odoo framework (Odoo ORM, workflows, security, etc.).
• Expertise in developing custom Odoo modules and modifying existing modules.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
• Knowledge of Odoo UI/UX design principles and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
