Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Recruiter located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, effectively communicating with hiring managers, identifying staffing needs, and executing hiring plans.

Manage the offer negotiation process and ensure timely onboarding. 3. Employer Branding & Networking Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives. Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent. 4. Recruitment Process Optimization Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and reports.
Improve hiring strategies, interview techniques, and candidate engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring best practices. 5. Onboarding & HR Support Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
