Job Summary

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for leveraging AI and data-driven insights to drive business growth.

• Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements for AI-driven solutions.
• Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies between business needs and existing solutions, proposing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software developers to ensure business needs are met.
• Identify business process improvements and recommend AI-based automation opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights on AI trends and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions to align business goals with technical execution.
• Assist in creating project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for AI-based initiatives.
• Support the development of test plans and validate AI models to ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI advancements and their potential business applications.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Documentation (BRD, FRD).
• Proficiency in Gap Analysis and identifying key areas for process improvement.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, software products, and solutions, including machine learning and data analytics.
• Experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Lucidchart, or Visio.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations based on insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in process mapping, workflow optimization, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborative approach to effectively present and advocate for business and technical alignment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proven track record of working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an AI, data science, or technology-driven environment.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
