Job Overview
We are looking for an Office Co-Ordinator to join our team at GoStudyFree, a leading overseas education consulting company based in New Delhi, India. As an Office Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operations of our office.This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Faridabad, Haryana, India. The employment type for this role is hybrid, allowing for both remote and in-office work.
Qualifications And Skills- Proven experience as an Office Co-Ordinator or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent work coordination and organizational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office
- Handle day-to-day office responsibilities such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Calendar & travel management of Directors
- Coordination with internal staff and external stakeholders for critical tasks completion
- Follow-up with international Universities for partnership contracts & payments
- Assisting Directors in Business development
Salary: Upto 500000 per annum
