Senior Operations Manager need to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring consistent achievement of all operational and financial KPIs. Required to manage multiple sites to deliver an outstanding Customer Experience. Manage, inspire and motivate a number of Operation Managers and other direct and indirect supervisors to ensure operational excellence, high employee engagement and service improvement is achieved.
Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.Establishes and assures compliance with departmental policies and procedures in conformance with corporate policies and procedures.
Manage people managers at Senior -OPS level, Span Control 150-200.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly SLA Performance Management of multiple sites.
Calibrate with India/US/PH Partners, RCA & prepping POA.
Communicating expectation clearly and setting a timeline for achieving goals.
Assigning responsibilities. Accountable for actions and decisions.
Developing frontline managers, Weekly, Monthly reviews with internal and external counterparts.
Managing Business updates and publishing required dashboards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualification: Graduate in Any StreamExperience: 2-5 years as Deputy Manager/OPS Manager.

Experience in Scheduling, Eligibility and Benefits, Authorization verification and creation.
Eligibility and front-end experience.
Experience of transitioning multiple sites, on-site/off site.
