About Our Client

• Lead and manage HR operations for India, ensuring alignment with global business objectives while maintaining local relevance.
• Build and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract professionals passionate about the food and hospitality space.
• Partner closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth.
• Develop and drive employee engagement, learning & development, and talent retention programs.
• Build a strong company culture founded on the organization's values of excellence, integrity, and creativity.
• Act as a key business partner, providing strategic HR support to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.

• 8-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality sector.
• Masters or MBA in hospitality/ human resources is a must
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong business acumen and experience working closely with senior leadership teams.
• Passion for food and hospitality, with a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities.
• Experience in building and implementing scalable HR processes and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
