Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities for Skyloc Dentec Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients within the dental industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, suppliers, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors, ensuring Skyloc Dentec remains competitive and innovative.
  • Present and demonstrate Skyloc Dentec’s products and services to potential clients through various channels (meetings, calls, presentations, etc.).
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations in a professional and compelling manner.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales and establish long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback to senior management.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries, providing after-sales support, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of the dental industry and products is a plus.
