What would you do? - Review and process travel insurance claims, including medical, trip cancellation, and baggage loss claims.
  • Investigate claims by gathering and analyzing relevant information and documentation.
  • Communicate with policyholders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information.
  • Evaluate claims to determine coverage, validity, and appropriate compensation.
  • Resolve disputes and provide clear explanations of claim decisions to policyholders.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of claim activities and decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
