Marketing and Communications Manager

This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking, along with a strong understanding of the tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, offline, and social media.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance the company’s visibility.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market performance to inform marketing strategies.
• Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to promote Astrome Technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
• Manage the marketing budget and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences for future strategy development.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with media relations and experience in building relationships with journalists.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.
