Senior Invoice Administrator
Role Introduction:
As an Senior Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the invoice processing and billing operations for our company. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions while supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Billing Operations: Assist in billing operations, including generating invoices and reconciling accounts receivable.
- Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from clients and internal departments regarding invoice-related issues.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Perform data entry tasks and analyze billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to streamlining invoice and billing procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Having an overall industry experience between 5-10 years with relevant 1-4 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in finance, accounting, or billing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
