We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
