DevOps EngineerRole And Responsibilities:-Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.Manage communication with internal & client stakeholders. Lead product and support review with relevant stakeholders periodicallySupport deployments & troubleshooting once deployedExperience in supporting products or product implementationsStrong exposure to Cloud environments like Azure (preferred) / AWS / GCPSupport management experience with tools like ServiceNow / Jira / Devops boardUnderstanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developersImplement continuous improvement programs & preventive maintenance initiativesExperience in Project Management, Change Management, and tracking KPIs on Incident Management, Task management, Knowledge Management and CSAT reportsExperience in the estimation of L3 tickets (related to development activities) that requires the development of new enhancements and featuresParticipate in or own vendor relationships.
