Maintain an updated calendar for executives or departments. Send reminders and follow-ups for scheduled events. 4. Administrative & Clerical Support: Handle data entry, file organization, and document management. Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and correspondence.
Maintain records of visitors, couriers, and deliveries. 5. Customer Service & Assistance: Provide basic information about the company’s services/products. Assist in handling customer queries or complaints. Support other administrative tasks as assigned.
