We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Reception Admin Hostess to join our team at Kadugodi Seegehalli Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel industry in India. The Reception Admin Hostess will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and room bookings.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel facilities and services.
- Assist other departments with tasks as needed.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel industry in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
