Installation of our superior quality of Alkaline water Ionizer and Hydrogen water generator machines .and servicing when required . Hoping to see u !!!Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation & Setup: Install Alkaline Water Ionizers and Hydrogen Water Generators at customer locations.
Ensure proper plumbing, electrical, and operational setup. Conduct testing and calibration after installation. 2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance. Diagnose and repair faulty components, leaks, or electrical issues.
Ensure optimal performance of machines through routine checks. 3. Customer Support & Training: Educate customers on usage, maintenance, and benefits of the product. Address customer queries and provide technical support. Offer guidance on filter replacement, cleaning, and best practices.
4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of installations, services, and repairs. Report technical issues or product improvements to the company. Provide service receipts and warranty updates to customers. 5. Adherence to Safety & Quality Standards: Follow company guidelines, safety protocols, and compliance.
Ensure neat and professional service delivery.
