Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Strategist at Workassist in Mumbai. The Content Strategist will be responsible for tasks related to content strategy, management, development, web content writing, and writing on a day-to-day basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and creating content for training programs to educate on mutual funds, financial products, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. The Content Training Resource will be responsible for developing and delivering training content for partners in the asset management industry.
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses, to effectively convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing content for various platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment to organization goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, compliance professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance of training content.
- Create and design engaging and interactive training sessions through various mediums, such as classroom instruction, webinars, workshops and e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously update content to reflect changes in industry regulations, products, and market trends.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to keep training content relevant and up to date.
- Serve as a resource for answering questions and providing guidance on mutual funds, investment strategies, and compliance requirements.
