Job Title:

  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, manage office supplies, and assist with document preparation and filing.
  • Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean and organized, and ensure all necessary office supplies are stocked.
  • Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with visitors and staff.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
