We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Record to Report
We%27re looking for a CA (Inter) / accounting graduate (preferably Chartered Accountant) with prior accounting experience. You should be a SMEin Finance and Accounting and have a very good understanding of Oracle. The person will support the project for upgradation of Oracle.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure data identification, quality, and cleansing from legacy systems in accordance with project timelines and guidelines
- Review all string-to-string mappings for all variances in functional reports and ensure accuracy between legacy and Cloud systems
- Provide validation,resolution and coordinate with business owners to review / resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with technical support teams to troubleshoot data related issues
- Verify all variances are resolved post mapping / Chart of Accounts changes
- Be responsible for the successful closing of gaps between &ldquoas-is and &ldquoto-be situation
- Thoroughly perform testing of the tool and associated procedures
- Support validation of all Balance Sheet and Income Statement reports
- Ensures accuracy and quality of data
- Identify business process / technology improvements and changes and escalate them to the technical support team
- Experienced Accounting Knowledge (with Closing & reporting experience)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications- B.Com Graduate
- CA Inter
- Has a hands-on experience on Oracle
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Accounting, Reconciliation & Reporting experience
- Chartered Accountant
- SME knowledge of accounting concepts
- Prior experience in implementation / upgrade of ERP
