As the Head of GBS - APAC Region, you will play a pivotal and highly strategic role in spearheading the delivery of high-quality services to our APAC clients while driving operational performance and continuous improvement. You will lead and mentor a talented and diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that empowers employees to excel in their roles.Your leadership will be instrumental in facilitating the growth of the team and elevating their capabilities to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the GBS team for the APAC region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed clients expectations.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of GBS operations.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee budgetary responsibilities and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Build strong relationships with APAC clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within global recruitment services (RPO, MSP), Global Business Services , Shared Services, or a similar function.
- Strong understanding ideally of the APAC market dynamics, client expectations, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
