Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions.Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance policies (life, health, vehicle, property, etc.). Explain policy details, terms, and benefits to potential customers. Assist clients with insurance applications and documentation. Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support. Stay updated on new insurance products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
