We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Operations Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to begin their career in operations.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the back office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Responsibilities- Support daily operations by managing data entry and documentation processes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and files for transactions and correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform routine audits of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Basic understanding of data management and database systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
