Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Onboarding:
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and monitor goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Administer salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and compensation strategies.
  • HR Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Legal Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and ethical HR practices.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.
  • Talent Management & Succession Planning:
  • Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.
  • Conflict Resolution:
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, fostering a positive work culture.
  • HR Technology & Systems:
  • Utilize HRIS and other HR software for efficient HR operations.
  • Strategic HR Planning:
  • Align HR strategies with organizational goals and collaborate with senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Organizational & Analytical Skills: Ability to multitask, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Adaptability: Stay updated with HR trends and compliance changes.
  • Ethical Standards: High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of HR software, HRIS, and Microsoft Office applications.
