The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - E-commerce should have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A deep understanding of E-commerce platforms and systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.14-21 years of experience in eCommerce, particularly in B2B/B2C environments.
• Proven leadership and management experience, including managing large, distributed teams.
• Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, UI frameworks (Angular/ReactJS/NodeJS), and cloud technologies (Azure).
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like Oracle ATG, SAP Hybris, or Endeca.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
