PAC MTS II, Test

Overview:

As an MTS III Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading testing initiatives on Panasonic’s cutting-edge avionics and embedded systems projects. This role involves testing critical hardware and software solutions in a lab-focused environment, working on multiple projects that define the future of in-flight technology for Panasonic’s global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead testing efforts across multiple Panasonic projects, focusing on embedded systems in avionics and media broadcast.
• Conduct manual, black box, smoke, and integration testing on Panasonic’s advanced products.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python or Perl.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using UNIX/LINUX commands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation testing for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure seamless project execution in alignment with Panasonic’s standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in UNIX/LINUX commands and scripting (Python or Perl).
• In-depth experience in manual, functional, and black box testing for embedded systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide efficient resolutions.
• Expertise in automation testing for both frontend and backend.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
