Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and providing technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructures.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of production systems and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents related to network infrastructures.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect network infrastructures from potential threats.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users to resolve network-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to network infrastructures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network infrastructure projects.
- Document and maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with network hardware and software components.

- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with network automation and scripting languages.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology related field of study with a network/software engineering focus is required.
