Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Delivery Manager, based in Pune. The Client Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring effective service delivery while managing client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with business capabilities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress. Team Coordination & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and technical departments.
Assign and oversee tasks, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and service quality. Process Improvement & Reporting: Analyze delivery processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and client feedback.
