Position - Lead Creative Producer (Creative Project Manager)
Location - Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Experience - 7+ years with 2+ year of team management preferred
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to support marketing efforts by partnering with creative services and external agencies to ensure creative delivers on Lowe&aposs strategic intent on time, on budget, and on brand. Partnering with a team of Producers and Sr Producers, this position is responsible for oversight of creative workflows, end to end campaign orchestration right from brief to execution, and ensuring the timely categorization and uploading of creative assets.With a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, the Lead Producer works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. This role serves as a subject matter expert in creative operations and the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
The Lead Creative Producer must possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen attention to detail to ensure successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Produces a multitude of Tier1 and Tier 2 projects by coordinating timelines, project work scope, scheduling, logistics, and coordinating the appropriate parties from talent to financials
- Leads working team sessions to ensure the timely execution of projects and to maintain project alignment within the team and with project intent.
- Leads the management of the Digital Asset Management system.
- Manages the team that handles the trafficking and quality check of media assets.
- Ensures collaboration with channel partners for alignment of creative delivered through different mediums to the customer (banner, radio, tv, etc.)
- Collaborates with Creative Services, Merchandise Marketing, and Media to maintain consistency and ingenuity in messaging that positively impacts customer engagement, brand loyalty, and ultimately drives traffic to the store and/or to digital platforms.
- Translates strategy and project intent to creative teams and serves as a communication bridge between Marketing and creative/tactical resources.
- Works with capacity and portfolio planning to assess and monitor bandwidth and agency resources to ensure viability and feasibility of projects.
- Identifies emerging issues or concerns that could impact projects and recommends potential solutions/improvements for current project. Then documents these improvements to prevent repeat of issues in future project execution.
- Serves as escalation point for Creative Producers for project issues, risks, changes, etc. to provide support and resolution in a timely fashion.
- Develops creative solutions from working on a breadth of projects by finding new synergies across projects to increase efficiency, cost effectiveness, and value to the organization.

Primary Skills (must have)
Key Skillsets: Retail Media Experience, Adobe Workfront, Creative Project management, stakeholder management, excellent communication & articulation- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on creative projects within a marketing or retail environment. Demonstrated understanding of Marketing and connection to broader enterprise functions
- Experience in project management or production
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated self-starter
- Experience in a retail/home improvement environment
- Agile project management methodologies (scrum, sprint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Workfront as a project Management tool
