Experience Required:

• 1-2 years of telecalling or relevant experience.
• We want Hindi speaking.

Salary:

• 1-2 years of experience: 8,000 10,000 + performance incentives.
• 3-5 years of experience: 10,000 12,000 + performance incentives.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive with a strong passion for politics and excellent communication skills in Hindi. The ideal candidate should be able to connect with people effectively, understand their needs, and leverage their political knowledge to build meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote political services or campaigns.
• Use knowledge of political policies and current events to engage with customers.
• Communicate confidently and clearly in Hindi to build strong customer relationships.
• Address customer queries and concerns, especially those related to political topics.
• Accurately record customer data and track progress in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on political events, news, and trends to ensure high-quality conversations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate degree or 12th pass (with strong political knowledge).
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in telesales, customer service, or similar roles, preferably in political marketing or campaigns.
• Language Skills: Fluent verbal communication in Hindi is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Confidence: Ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
• Political Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian politics, major policies, and key leaders.
• CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to track customer interactions.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Customer-Centric: A strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
