We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide information regarding products or services.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a record of all communications in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential customers.
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
